Meet Anthony Dieffenthaler

At ProfTech, we value a diverse and empowered workforce. Anthony Dieffenthaler is one of our employees who exemplifies these traits and is an integral ProfTech employee. Anthony is hearing impaired and despite his disability, he has built a successful career as one of our data entry specialists. Before joining us in 1993, he worked for Longines–Wittnauer Watch Co. in New Rochelle. Overall, Anthony has 29 years of experience in data entry.

If you currently place an order through fax or hard copy, Anthony will go through and enter it into our database. He also sends invoices from products that were delivered the previous day.

Anthony says that he owes his success to the people at ProfTech. “I appreciate the opportunity ProfTech has extended to me these past 24 years,” he said. “Management has acknowledged my value and made me feel an integral part of their organization.”

Outside of Work

You may be surprised to find out that Anthony has a hidden talent for culinary. He originally studied at a culinary school at the St. Paul Technical Vocational Institute in Minnesota. He also enjoys shopping and going to the movies in his free time. Anthony has a passion for travel and would one day eventually like to live in Hawaii.
